To help you get acclimated, be sure to register (using the "register" link found in the very upper right corner of this page) so that you can take advantage of the members-only information, receive important notices and participate in community surveys.
Once your information is submitted, the board members will open your access to the members-only content. If you are a tenant, your access will include content more general in nature.
The information on the Obtaining a FOB and Boatyard Access tab will provide you with all you need to know regarding the procedure and policy in place to obtain a FOB. This electronic access "key" allows secure entry to the waterfront, dock, upper commons and dog park while protecting the safety and security of our community members. FOBs are issued upon receipt of the required form. A FOB assigned to a previous owner has been deactivated.
