Payment options

There are various payment options for annual assessment dues, fines, special assessments, boatyard and FOB fees:

  • Zelle
    • access through your online banking app
    • enter [email protected] to direct your payment to The Springs
    • enter the amount 
    • enter your name, address and reason for the payment in the section for notes
  • sign in to your account at www.livinginthesprings.com
    • After logging in, look for your name at the top right-hand corner. Next to your name is a little bell and a number in a red circle. Click on the number and select the only choice that drops down, which is "online payment options available"
    • You now have all of the available online payment options showing: choose the option appropriate for your payment
    • The new window asks for you to select whether you're paying with a credit card or bank account. Once you make your selection, you'll be asked for the credit card information and to select "Confirm and Pay". 
  • submit check to a board member. Email us at [email protected] to make arrangements.
