Usage of Common Areas and FOBs

Upper Commons, Boatyard, Dock

  1. Members are responsible for the conduct of their own family members, guests and their family members and/or friends, and tenants and their family and/or friends  while on Association premises, adhering to Association Governing Documents and any Florida Statutes, Clay County Ordinances and Codes and Town of Orange Park Ordinances and Codes.
  1. Any member who defaces or destroys Association property is liable for its full value and is subject to any further actions the Board may take. Members are responsible for damage or destruction caused by their guests or renters. Damage must be reported within 24 hours to the Board and arrangements made to perform any necessary repairs for restoration to the condition that existed prior to the damage. Failure to do so will result in permanent loss of access to the common areas of the Association.
  1. FOBs are the property of The Springs Owners Association and must be surrendered to the Board upon vacating the property. DO NOT GIVE YOUR FOB to a new owner or tenant. DO NOT LOAN YOUR FOB TO ANYONE - YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for any fines, damages or rule violations and risk suspension of privileges.
  1. All children under the age of 14 and all non-residents of The Springs must be accompanied by an adult resident in all common areas. 
  1. In accordance with Clay County and the Town of Orange Park ordinances and the Florida Statutes, no dogs may be off-leash anywhere within The Springs. Off-leash dogs are permitted inside the designated dog park area in the upper commons only. Report off-leash dogs to Animal Control.
  1. All gates accessing common areas must remain locked at all times to ensure security.
