Take a Plant/Leave a Plant Located at 2453 Cypress Springs When allowing family and friends to use your FOB for access to our common areas, please inform them that the safety and security of our community is paramount.  Any person who is not recognized as a member/resident of The Springs should expect to be questioned as to who they are and the Association member they are connected to.  Since members are responsible for their guests and the guest's actions, any guest who is questioned should respond respectfully and be glad for you that you live in a community that looks out for each other.

Protect the spring

Be mindful to not remove vegetation from beyond your property line to the spring banks and to not trim, cut or remove trees, grasses or shrubbery from Association lands that abut your property.  The removal of invasive plants is permitted (ginger, kudzu, elephant ear, dollar weed, etc.), however, they must be removed by hand and replaced only by native plants in order to prevent erosion and promote the health of the spring.

The Springs is a peaceful, quiet community consisting of 78 private homes and seven+ acres of naturally maintained common area. Springs owners enjoy private waterfront access, magnificent trees, and a natural spring. This peaceful and beautiful environment has long had a page in Florida history books.
